Good morning. I just want yo report your one of manager staff at savemore broadway.
It just happen a while ago, February 14, 2023 around 11:40 am. Mejo mahaba ang pila dito sa mga blue cart, kaya naisipan ko na mag pila sa vip ( senior lane). But before that i ask the lady in the counter kung pwede, and she eve ask yes sir, and i see nmn n wala nmn ako kasunod na mag payment. Ung manager kinagalitan nya ung cashier in front of a customer wch is me, and i think thats rude saying,
" hoy!
May nagreklamong customer nagpapapila ka daw ng hindi vip / senior dito, nxtym wag ha! ( then she the manager looked at me)
I felt bad, kase im just wearing my casual pambahay na damit, kaya xa ganun? She should understand na 3 cashier lamg amg nakaduty that time. I ask the guard kung ano name nun manager and she is CAMILLE PENALOSA.
HOPEFULLY.
I re train nyo xa under customer service. If she want to make ammends with cashier not in front of the customer sana.

Oct. 27 around 7pm, I bought 4pcs of Standfan at SAVEMORE Empire center, Pasay.
We open each boxes and try all the item, when Im on the Cashier and Paid all the Items, I saw Mr. JOHN DENVER FACUNDO (Bagger) He was about to bound up each boxes without even trying to close each lid of boxes with Packaging tape, so I ask Him "Kuya, Paki lagyan muna ng tape" I was shock the way he responded, He grab the Tape and trying to seal the box without even trying to put all edges together and nicely, I was offended that moment but I didn't say anything. After payment I go right in front of him to wait for the other boxes to be sealed, even worse, he slam the cutter right in front of me just let me know he is upset. I'm speechless and disappointed that moment, so disrespectful.
Then I talked to the Lady sitting inside the Customer Service booth and tell her what I have experienced, Then she said "Sir, Di nya po kasi Trabaho yun, sa wine po tlaga sya". I was shock again for the second time, I can't believe it to hear those words coming from a customer service rep. We are regular customers, every weekend we were there, We don't even ask them "Where Can I get this? and That" because we are already Familiar with this supermarket.
I'm so disappointed, I would suggest that both of them should undergo customers service training. I wish also that they will not encounter customer who will shout and humiliate them because even a simple job or task they can't even do it nicely and properly.

Sodexo plus payment not allowed by supervisor
Supervisor Korina of SM Savemore solano branch located at highway did not accept my payment via sodexo plus citing that only sodexo QR codes are accepted. She was not helpful since sodexo plus listed savemore as partner merchant but she won't accept it.
She is not well versed of the store's mode of payment. I Hope she gets training and i want an update on this issue. she didn't even want to give her name due to data privacy so why does the company issue ID if they wont let customers see it so you'll know you are speaking to the right person?
